JUVENILE OFFENSES
Juvenile offenses are handled in the Juvenile Courts of Georgia and are prosecuted by the Offices of the District Attorney or the Solicitor General, depending on the seriousness of the offense (Includes those cases listed above). BONDING MATTERS
I have represented professional bonding companies and private individuals who have posted bonds for friends or family members charged with criminal offenses.
